Well-Being Kit For Your Legal Employers

I’m excited to pass along a free Well-Being Toolkit for Lawyers and Legal Employers that was just launched by an ABA Working Group on Lawyer Well-Being. It gives legal employers practical tools to get started on much-needed lawyer well-being initiatives, including an 8-Step Action Program. Driving force behind this direct and practical compilation is Anne Brafford, JD, a fellow graduate of the Master of Applied Positive Psychology program at Penn. I’m pleased to be included in the toolkit as a resource person.
